We require reference checks and a solid employment records. They are also required to have passed TB testing and drug testing. We hire the best of the best and expect all employees to act professionally at all times. Also, employees are interviewed at least two times prior to hiring. Most importantly, you are in control. Every client has the right to interview their caretaker. If the client is not satisfied, we will send as many prospective caretakers necessary for you to find the right match.
