At Family Home Health Care, we understand how vital it is that our caretakers possess the characteristics, skills, and qualities you are looking for when bringing someone into your home. We hire caretakers who come with experience.  They must be trained and certified to work with you or your loved one.  We look for caretakers who are PATIENT, CARING, COMPASSIONATE, and KNOWLEDGEABLE.  Our caretakers provide care with DIGNITY and RESPECT.

Employment Screening

Trust, safety, and wellness tops our list of concerns at Family Home Health Care.  That is why we conduct an extensive and thorough background check on each and every prospective employee. We require reference checks and a solid employment records.  They are also required to have passed TB testing and drug testing.  We hire the best of the best and expect all employees to act professionally at all times.  Also, employees are interviewed at least two times prior to hiring. Most importantly, you are in control.  Every client has the right to interview their caretaker.  If the client is not satisfied, we will send as many prospective caretakers necessary for you to find the right match.
